Our recreational / beginner cheerleading classes are the heart of our non-competitive pathway. These sessions are designed to build confidence, develop coordination, and introduce the fundamentals of stunting, tumbling, jumps, and dance, all in a fun, supportive setting. Perfect for families looking to help their child grow in confidence while making new friends.
Classes are typically one hour long and grouped by age, so every athlete is surrounded by team mates at a similar stage, making it easier to bond, belong, and thrive.
We offer recreational classes at our main gym The Urban Factory (South Tyneside) and also our community hubs in Sunderland and Newcastle. Classes can be booked via our booking system iClassPro, follow the link above to book direct!

BEGINNER GYMNASTIC CLASSES
Our GYMNASTIC CLASSES start from 4 years old with our Tiny Gym Programme. Using the National Gymnastics Awards Programme (NatGap) we track progress with medals, certificates and booklets to celebrate every step forward, from small achievements to big milestones.
For those looking to focus on tumbling either as a stand alone discipline or in addition to recreational or competitive cheer, our TUMBLE ACADEMY offers a clear path from foundational rolls to elite-level twisting somersaults.
